Can I special order my gown?

When should I arrive?
Please arrive on time for your reservation. In many cases, we have reservations immediately following your reservation, so late arrival may affect our ability to make the most of your time with us.
Who should I bring?
Bring family and friends whose opinion you value and who understand your personal style. We suggest that this time be reserved for adults to insure that our attention can be focused on our brides.

Yes! We also suggest to remember to bring an open mind as well. You can try on gowns in styles that you did not previously consider. You might just be pleasantly surprised.
How long does it take for a special order gown to arrive?
Special order gowns can take up to six months to arrive at our store once we place the order. Different manufacturers can vary on the shipping time, but we suggest allowing plenty of time so you receive your gown in plenty of time for your big day.
When should a bride make an appointment with the seamstress for her first appointment?
Our seamstresses prefer seeing the bride 2-3 months before her wedding for her first appointment. This insures that the seamstress will have plenty of time to make the necessary adjustments to the gown so that it is customized to fit the bride like a glove! Don't forget to bring your wedding shoes to your alterations appointment so that the seamstress can alter your hem.
